When you arrive at Bliss you will be greeted by a friendly, experienced Bridal consultant. They will work with you exclusively throughout your appointment. To ensure that we offer you the very best customer service experience your consultant will want to learn more about you and your big day: including your vision, theme, budget and timelines. You will then be given a tour of the store and then escorted to your staging area.
Initially the gown selection process can seem overwhelming but with the help of your bridal consultant and our extensive gown collection, choosing the perfect gown will be fun and take a lot less time. We give you a tour of the store and then you select some gowns that you would like to try on and your consultant will be sure to choose some for you based on their expertise and your input!
Once you have a selection of gowns to try on you are given your own personal bridal room for the duration of your appointment. Seating for your entourage is provided around a staging area where you and your family or friends can view your bridal gown selections.
Once you have found the perfect gown, it’s now time to accessorize! Your consultant can suggest elegant pairings from our large inventory of beautiful wedding accessories.
We are confident that you will find the perfect dress. When you do you will enjoy a complementary VIP experience which includes a sparkling toast to the bride accompanied with chocolates. Congratulations on becoming a Bliss Bride!
Now that you have said yes, we will take measurements and confirm details, then place your order. A 50% deposit is required to finalize the transaction.
